Standard shipping (SF Express) usually takes 5-7 business days. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for monogrammed items.
What if there is an issue with my product?
We quality check all our products before delivering them to you, we promise to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, if you have any issue with your purchase, feel free to contact our customer support, we will try our best to solve the issue for you.
For personalized items:
We can not provide any refund or return for all personalized items for a pure change of mind on the product. However, if there is any quality issue with your item, please contact our team at email@example.com within 7 days after receiving the item.
For non-personalized items:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a one-time exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, along with a valid proof of purchase. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and the customer will have to be responsible for the shipping fee. Please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
